How to Get Your Event Listed

It's a simple, three-step process to get your event in front of our audience.

  1. Fill Out the Form: Provide all the essential details about your event using our easy-to-use submission form below. The more info you provide, the better!
  2. Choose Your Option: Select either the standard one-time submission or use your complimentary credit as a Community Connector Member.
  3. Review & Go Live: Our editorial team will review your submission to ensure it fits our community guidelines. Once approved, it will be published on our calendar for all of Houston to see.

Standard Event Submission

  • Cost: $5.00 per event
  • Includes: A single listing on our public Events Calendar. Perfect for organizations or individuals with a one-time or occasional event.

Community Connector Membership

  • Cost: Complimentary with Membership
  • Includes: Unlimited event submissions for the duration of your membership. This is the ideal option for organizations, venues, and promoters who host multiple events throughout the year.

Submit Your Event Now

Please have the following information ready before you begin:

  • Event Title
  • Date and Time (Start and End)
  • Venue Name and Full Address
  • A Clear and Concise Event Description (150 words max)
  • A Public Website or Ticket Link
  • A High-Quality Image or Flyer (JPG or PNG format)

Houston City Beat reserves the right to approve or deny any event submission. Submissions must be for events open to the public within the Greater Houston area. We do not accept listings for private parties, political rallies, or events that conflict with our community values.
