Each business complexity becomes more difficult in a VUCA world marked by boundaryless organizations, limitless digitization, unbounded innovation, and relentless iteration.
Leaders must solve a daunting array of problems with innovative solutions. These problems include but are not limited to digital disruption, environmental degradation, nuclear proliferation, failed states, global pandemics, terrorism, and narcotic crimes.
Our leaders are coached and mentored to flexible (mindsets), collaborative skill sets, and in-control (tool sets) with a focus on an intelligent mindset that embraces both emotional intelligence (EQ) and intellectual intelligence (IQ). He shared that the level of performance maturity is based on an assessment of the six levels of the enterprise modernization maturity model. The higher the level, the more mature an organization is to adapt and respond to changes in the marketplace.
