HCB-TV consists of original, Houston-centric programming with features and interviews that engages with the culture, people, and sights around the Greater Houston Area. The Flagship program of HCB-TV is Houston City Beat, a full-length show hosted by Lisbet Marquez. Each episode is filmed at alternating locations where Lisbet introduces each segment and accompanying sponsor. HCB-TV also features Astrotalk hosted by Mike Acosta, which tells the stories in and around the legacy of Major League Baseball in Houston.  Did HOU Know? is a feature sharing interesting and little-known facts and stories of Houston history. Back The Badge is a law enforcement partnership with local police agencies and showcases the positive influences being made in various communities around the Houston area. Associated with this feature are Public Service Announcements which focus on various awareness initiatives. Opportunities with Back the Badge include title sponsorship of interviews and PSAs. Those who are part of the HCB Ambassador program also get a free :15 second video promoting their business on one episode of Houston City Beat.
